Hire Charges, Payments & Additional Information

 

Our menus are not exhaustive, so if you cannot see the dish you would like, then do ask, we are happy to help and discuss your requirements

 

Options

On most of the menus published we have two options that are priced accordingly

 

Served price which includes

Serving Staff for 2 hours, set up, serve, clear & tidy away,

Crockery plates,

Stainless cutlery,

Chaffing dishes to serve from set up on tables with disposable table coverings (Hot Fork Buffets Only)

Drop & Go price which includes

Cold food is delivered chilled on platters with see through lids ready to serve

Hot food is delivered chilled in foil containers ready for you to heat & serve

Hot Food

We require cooking facilities at the venue to prepare & serve these menus.

If this is not available we can provide at an additional cost

 

Ingredients

Where ingredients & products are not available we reserve the right to substitute them as necessary

 

Staffing

We can provide additional members of staff at £20.00 per hour with a minimum hire of 4 hours

 

Payments

To secure our services on your date we require 25% of the estimated final invoice which is refundable up to 30 days prior to the date of the event after which it is non-refundable

 

A further 25% of the estimated final invoice (making a total deposit of 50% of the estimated final invoice) 30 days before the event, which is non-refundable

 

The remaining balance of the final invoice ten days prior to the event, along with final numbers, which is non-refundable
